Spacious very nice property in a quiet location, Great fireplace. Happily rebook. Negative: Very minor points - helpful suggestions. No shampoo conditioner, no milk. That would have been fine if I had known in advance. The adjoining property connecting area the lights were left on by the occupiers, annoying. Maybe should have on a sensor or timer?

Overall we liked the stay a lot. Positive: Nice location and very quiet. Well set up with all amenities. Excellent WIFI service. Negative: Couple of things: 1. The damper knob on the firebox needs a spot of glue! 2. There was no yellow recycling bin in place outside. 3. Needs some electrical plug outlets adjacent to the table.

We would stay there again as it was located in a nice area and very tranquil by the river. Positive: The garden was beautiful and a haven for birds. The gate leading down to the river was handy. We enjoyed the wood fire. Negative: We could not get the split system heater to work. Even with it set to 30 degrees and heat mode it was cold. After day three we opened it up and cleaned the filters which were completely blocked. We had heat coming from it after that.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our third anniversary and enjoyed every moment! The location is beautiful, and the river and walking trail are just a few seconds’ walk away. We truly loved our experience and will definitely come back again

The property was clean, comfortable and cosy with the wood heater. Beautifully situated near the river, a pleasant walk to the bakery.
