Positive: Great location- close to walking paths and river and quick drive into town. Comfy, clean apartment with lovely garden views. Negative: Be aware that the vendor will seek a bond before the stay. I had some issues with WiFi on site.

One of the best properties we've ever stayed at Positive: Idyllic location set in bush on the banks of Margaret River with abundant birdlife, with bush tracks through the reserve on the opposite side.. 15 minute walk from the township via a handy direct shortcut from back entrance into Rendall Close avoiding The Boulevard loop & additional 900m walk . Negative: Everything - well equiped, private, very comfortable !!

Our stay was great. Cozy wood fire, comfy bed and fantastic bush walking trails into town. The local birds were friendly as well. Highly recommend

Positive: Beautiful location and outlook. We loved going for walks along the river - so easy to access from the apartment. Close to Margaret River town. Beautiful bottle of local wine there on arrival. Negative: Ran out of kindling for the wood fire and it wasn't replaced.

We loved the proximity to the river. Winter and a fire is bliss. Recommend. Positive: The location is fantastic. Close enough to town, and right on the river and all the walking tracks. Being in the unit was like living in the bush - so quiet and private. The fire was brilliant, and one of the main reasons why we booked Aroha in the first place.
