Loved the house and overall feel and location. It was a nice touch with nice bottle of red wine on arrival, some ground coffee, firewood etc. My only gripe are the beds are too hard and the sheets were too crispy and rough.Would definitely stay again, overall was a really enjoyable stay. Thank you

So happy with our stay. Such a beautiful well equipped property to enjoy meals by the fire place and relax in the surrounds of the river and trees.The only thing I would suggest is a few more spare towels in winter - the pet door leaked water when it was raining and maybe some more internal door mats for wet feet.Also the opaque doors were a challenge with lighting coming into the room from the living room/kitchen. Minor work arounds. The kids play area outside was so great and there’s a cool playground not too far away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Beautiful house .. we stayed in winter and the log fire was so nice to sit at . Master bedroom was gorgeous . Would def recommend

Best family house in Margaret River Positive: I loved the house. Everything was exceptional! The house is so charming, cozy and well equipped to make us feel like home. Outside area is spacious and perfect for kids and the fact that the house is pet friendly was everything we were looking for. I will definitely come back one day. Negative: I don't have a downside at all

Lovely stay! Great location. Very relaxing and well equipped! Only thing I would mention is the master bedroom got pretty cool and it was only April! Would recommend warmer pjs absolutely would not put us off rebooking. Fantastic stay!
